Our Project Process
Our masonry process is built around clear scope, reliable safety, and consistent communication from start to finish.
1. Scope Alignment
We review drawings, specifications, and site layout to confirm wall dimensions, materials, and sequencing. Multi-phase projects are organized through JobTread to keep documentation, schedules, and communication in one place.
2. Permits and Safety
We confirm that all permits and structural approvals are in place before starting. Crews follow Carvd’s safety program, aligned with COR standards, and review site-specific requirements such as scaffolding, staging, and access points.
3. Brick and Stone Installation
Masonry work is performed in sequence to maintain flow and quality. Each course is laid true, mortar joints are consistent, and ties, lintels, and flashing are installed to specification. We monitor curing conditions and coordinate with other trades to protect finished work.
4. Close Out and Verification
Once work is complete, we conduct a full inspection to confirm finish quality, alignment, and structural compliance. Documentation, photos, and any warranty details are uploaded through JobTread before demobilization.
This process keeps projects organized, safe, and built to last, ensuring the masonry becomes a permanent part of a well-finished structure.
