2. Permits and Safety
We double-check that all permits and documentation are in place and make sure our safety plan lines up with your site standards. Crews get briefed before arrival, and every day starts with a quick safety check-in and task review. Our safety program follows COR standards.
3. Precision Framing Execution
Framing work is scheduled and sequenced to keep your project moving without delays. Our leads review layouts before walls go up, verify stud spacing, openings, and headers, and make sure everything ties in cleanly with the plans. We coordinate directly with site supervisors and MEP trades, so plumbing, electrical, and HVAC runs fit properly the first time. Every wall is checked for plumb and level before sign-off, keeping inspections smooth and rework minimal.
4. Close Out and Verification
Upon completion, we perform a detailed review to confirm all deliverables have been met and documented. Punch items are addressed immediately; completion of photos and records are uploaded through JobTread, and any follow-up scope is reviewed before demobilization.
